Pastor Keenan West

Pastor Keenan West was born in Wilmington, Delaware but raised in Washington, D.C. While growing up, he went to church sparingly and never saw himself having anything to do with ministry or God.

That all changed in January 2001 when he met the former Jeneen Ramon, who would introduce him to the Adventist faith. In October 2001 he moved from Washington, D.C. to be closer to Jeneen, who had moved back to her hometown of Atlanta, GA. In April 2002 he became a baptized member of the Berean Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Atlanta, GA.

In 2003 he married Jeneen and settled into being a teacher of young children. By 2005 he decided to go back to school to finish his degree in education. He would enroll at Souther Adventist University in Collegedale, TN.

Yet after sending in his application, he began to feel as though God was calling him into ministry. He then prayed and asked God to give him an opportunity to preach, before he went back to school, if He wanted him to go into ministry.

By June of the following year he had preached three times. He then changed his major from Education to Theology.

Three years later Pastor West would graduate with a Bachelors in Theology, and a minor in Biblical Languages.

Pastor West and Jeneen have been married for 14 years and have three beautiful children, Kaia Jenae, Kelsi Jael, and Kohen Josiah. Pastor West has a passion for ministry and loves seeing people come into a saving relationship with Jesus Christ.

In 2014 he would also receive a Masters from Oakwood University in Pastoral studies.
