Community Service – Part of being a good neighbor is providing services to our surrounding community.
The purpose of holistic ministry is not only to proclaim the Good News, the word of salvation, but also to demonstrate the love of God to people who are in need.
What We Do
ACS serves the whole person, a concept known as holistic ministry whose mission is to “serve the community in Christ’s name”.
In 1879, the Seventh-day Adventist Church officially name was “Dorcas Society”. This community outreach consisted of people who met frequently to provide clothes, food, and money for family in the church or the immediate community who had temporary needs.
Today ACS provides such as disaster response, crisis care, elderly care, youth empowerment, hope for humanity, and tutoring & mentoring programs globally.
